With this letter, we are following up on a recent visit on premise and we ask you to please respect a certain number of hygiene criteria about your trash bags.
Indeed, there are regular maggots invasions in the containers room and the basement below because trash is often left for a long time on the balcony with food leftovers inside therefore favoring maggots production.
Please avoid using the regular trash for food leftovers (use the green container outside instead) and do NOT leave your trash on the balcony in order to avoid inconveniences in the building.
