We are pleased to inform you that you have recently been equipped with a second bicycle room.

It is located on level -1, above the current room.

Please store your bicycles there and not in the stairwell or on your parking space, except for owners of electric bikes. This new room should be used for storing bicycles only.

We would like to take this opportunity to inform you that the ventilation in the existing bike room will be adjusted and that the light in the new room will be put on sensors.

Ladies and Gentlemen,

During an on-site visit to the above-mentioned PPE, our Administrator noted that a cardboard table football is in the bicycle room and that a dinette and other toys are in the common hallway.

This situation has already been noticed early July, so we kindly ask you to store these personal belongings in your respective cellars by 31 August 2019.

After this date, we will ask our janitorial service to remove them.

At our last assembly, it was decided that all the containers would be brought in and taken out during the winter season except for the compost container which will remain outside all year round and the household waste container which will remain outside from 15 June to 15 September.

In order to avoid inconveniences with the containers, we invite you to dispose of your waste regularly and to separate your waste correctly for recycling.
